Rehearsal Room is a conversation-practice app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address and an account identifier used to sign you in and tie sessions to you.
• Session data: the text transcript of practice sessions you initiate, scores produced by our analysis pipeline, and metadata about each session (duration, scenario, verdicts).
• Audio data: microphone input is processed during a session to produce a transcript and prosody signals. Raw audio is processed locally on your device and not uploaded.
• Camera data: when enabled, the front camera produces on-device telemetry (gaze, posture). Raw video frames are processed locally and not uploaded.
• Diagnostic data: non-personal crash and performance information via Sentry to help us fix bugs.

How we use it

• To score your practice sessions and produce coaching feedback, debriefs, and identity patterns.
• To improve the product (aggregated, non-personal).
• To respond to support requests.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your transcripts or session content to train third-party models.
• We do not share identifiable session content with other users.

Third parties

We use OpenAI to score session transcripts. Transcript text you submit is sent to OpenAI's API per their data-handling policy and is not used by OpenAI for model training. We use Sentry for crash reporting. We use Railway for hosting.

Data retention and deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated session data at any time by emailing the address below. We delete on receipt within 30 days.
